- WIPO Academy is a centre of teaching, training and research. The extensive resources offered include online distance learning courses in IP, reference lists of research papers, and presentations by expert speakers.
- Treaties gives access to all the WIPO-administered treaties, with summaries, and lists membership of each.
- Development of IP Law covers WIPO’s role in assisting Member States to develop international IP laws and standards.

- Traditional Knowledge, genetic resources, and traditional cultural expressions (folklore) is an evolving area, in which WIPO provides a forum for international policy debate, and for the development of draft legal mechanisms.
