Helpline
The aim of the SME Helpline is to provide you, free of charge, with assistance on IPR-related issues. This Helpline is intended to assist users in finding answers to general intellectual property questions arising from their daily business operations. This service only provides guidance and does not constitute an alternative to professional advice provided by IP agents or IP lawyers. Within the European region, the Helpline is managed in collaboration with the IPR-Helpdesk.
To use the SME Helpline, you have to be a registered user. Registered users will also receive the monthly Newsletter on Intellectual Property for SMEs, which includes articles, case studies and information on the activites and services of WIPO's SMEs division.
This form may be used to submit information requests for specific subject areas. All fields marked with * are mandatory.
